Specialty Surfaces

Concrete cleaning & polishing

Polished concrete is durable, low-maintenance, and striking when done right. We grind, polish, and seal residential and commercial concrete to a smooth, glossy finish that stands up to heavy traffic. From modern living spaces to warehouses and retail floors, we deliver a hard-wearing surface that's easy to maintain.

What sets us apart

• We restore, we don't just clean. Routine maintenance is a different business. We solve damage: the etching, staining, and wear other crews can't fix.
• We're retained as consultants. Insurance adjusters, property managers, and contractors hire us as third-party experts to assess disputed restoration work across DFW.
• We coach the competition. Other DFW contractors, many of them friends, bring us in to teach them how to do this work properly.
• Same owner since 1986. No corporate call center. Jim takes the call and personally walks every estimate, because every job carries his name.
