Stone Restoration

Terrazzo cleaning & polishing

Terrazzo is built to last generations, but decades of wax buildup and wear hide its beauty. We strip old coatings, diamond-polish terrazzo back to a vibrant, reflective finish, and seal it for lasting protection. From mid-century homes to commercial lobbies and office towers, we revive terrazzo to look better than the day it was poured.

What sets us apart

• We restore, we don't just clean. Routine maintenance is a different business. We solve damage: the etching, staining, and wear other crews can't fix.
• We're retained as consultants. Insurance adjusters, property managers, and contractors hire us as third-party experts to assess disputed restoration work across DFW.
• We coach the competition. Other DFW contractors, many of them friends, bring us in to teach them how to do this work properly.
• Same owner since 1986. No corporate call center. Jim takes the call and personally walks every estimate, because every job carries his name.
